Fall Street Machine Nationals® moves to Downtown Little Rock, Arkansas in 2010.
A national gathering of high-performance dream rides, their proud owners and dazzled spectators will make a return visit to Little Rock on September 10-12, 2010 at the River Market Pavilions and Riverfront Park.
(Little Rock, AR) Beautiful, high-performance street machines, hot rods, and street trucks will be on display at the River Market Pavilions and Riverfront Park in Downtown Little Rock for the 22nd Annual Fall Street Machine Nationals on September 10, 11, and 12, 2010. This national celebration of horsepower and dream machines returns to Little Rock for a second straight year in 2010; but in a new location.
In 2009, the event was held at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds Complex. For 2010, the new venue will bring the thousands of participants and spectators in town for the event to the vibrant entertainment district downtown along the shore of the Arkansas River known as The River Market Pavilions and Riverfront Park. While participants still will pay an entry fee, spectators will be admitted free this year at the Fall Street Machine Nationals.
Carol Dolan, Assistant to the CEO of the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau said: "We are excited to host the Fall Street Machine Nationals again this year and cannot wait to introduce everyone to our River Market District and Riverfront Park in downtown Little Rock. We believe the new location due to its proximity to the Arkansas River, President Clinton's Library and Park, and the many attractions, restaurants and night life that our District has to offer will only enhance what is already a kick-awesome event! The welcome mat is ready and we very anxious to extend our southern hospitality to everyone planning to attend." The event, sponsored by the Little Rock CVB and the Heart of Arkansas will feature a full agenda of activities designed to please lovers of power and performance.
The Fall Street Machine Nationals will be open on Friday, September 10 from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, September 11 from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday, September 12 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
