Championship Shootout to be Held at Street Machine Nationals

(INDIANAPOLIS) The O'Reilly Auto Parts 20th Anniversary Street Machine Nationals Presented by Toyo Tires comes to the Missouri Entertainment and Events Center in Springfield, Missouri the weekend of September 12th, 13th, and 14, 2008. To mark the 20th year of the event featuring thousands of hot rods, street machines and street trucks, the Championship Shootout of the 2008 Dynomax Power to the Wheels Dyno Tour will be held.

The DynoMax "Power to the Wheels" Dyno Tour, sponsored and managed by DynoMax, was created to test the horsepower and torque of muscle cars outfitted with DynoMax or Thrush exhaust systems and headers. Dynomax will award first and second place winners in two classes at 13 events across America starting in March and leading up to the Street Machine Nationals weekend. Those winners will be entered into a national ranking for a chance to compete at the Championship Shootout at the 20th Anniversary Street Machine Nationals and win cash prizes.
