Spectator Policies

  • Refunds:

There are no refunds on tickets once they are purchased. If you find you have inadvertently purchased tickets to the wrong event or the wrong type of ticket, please email BoxOffice@BonnierCorp.com with the details.

  • COVID19:

If Bonnier Events cancels or postpones an event due to government mandates pertaining to COVID19, tickets will be refunded minus the online processing fee.

  • Schedule of Show Events:

Events happen rain or shine. Bonnier Events reserves the right to cancel or postpone any individual component of the show for any reason.

  • Spectator Conduct:

Bonnier Events expects and requires all spectators to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during all activities of the event. Management will under no circumstances, tolerate any of the following: drunkenness, public nudity, recklessness, foul language, fighting or the throwing of anything at or from vehicles including beads, candy and other objects.  There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on disruptive behavior at all events. Bonnier Events reserves the right to eject ticket holders from the event for inappropriate conduct inside or outside of the show grounds. Security is present to ensure a fun event for everyone, please comply when they make a request.

  • Prohibited Items:

No outside food or beverages will be allowed to be brought through the spectator gates for the event, including coolers. Drones are not permitted at any Bonnier Event. Anyone found to be flying a drone will be subject to immediate expulsion from the event. All bags are subject to search.

  • Animals & Pets:

We do not allow animals into the events. This includes, but is not limited to dogs, cats, snakes and birds. Please leave your pets at home or at your hotel, as we will not allow them into the event or on any part of the fairgrounds including parking lots and campgrounds. Officially registered service animals are permitted per ADA.

  • Parking Lots:

Spectator parking is at your own risk.  Bonnier Events does not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site at any time.

  • Re-admission:

If you need to leave the show for any reason, you may return the same day only with a hand stamp. Assure that you ask a ticket taker to stamp your hand before leaving through the spectator gates.
