New! Change in Registration Pick up Location:
Based on significant participant feedback, we have made arrangements with the Minnesota State Fairgrounds to change the location of participant registration to provide you with a better show experience.
To access the new location, participants will now enter the Fairgrounds via University of Minnesota Transitway off of Como Blvd. From Snelling Avenue, head West on Como Avenue then turn right (North) on University of Minnesota Transitway. Participants will be directed to the registration area inside the Midway lot from there.
This new arrangement provides ample parking and allows vehicles to park inside the fairgrounds until Participants are able to enter the show each day.
On Thursday July 14, registration will open at 12:00PM. Vehicles can enter the lot and park in the pre-registration area starting at 9:00 am. On Friday and Saturday (July 15 & 16) registration opens at 8:00AM. Vehicles can park in the pre-registration area starting 6:30AM. On Sunday July 17 registration opens at 8:00AM, vehicles can park in the pre-registration area starting at 7:00AM.
PLEASE NOTE: these times give everyone ample time to get in register and enter. Please do not plan to queue-up on Como Avenue earlier than 20 minutes prior to the pre-registration lot opening.
